සියලුම මායා දොරටුව සහභාගිවන්නන් සඳහා සාමාන්‍ය නියමයන් සහ කොන්දේසි.

ක්‍රියාකාරී සහභාගීත්වය

1. මෙය නදීපා රණසිංහ මහත්මිය සමඟ සජීවීව සම්බන්ධ වී අනුගමනය කළ යුතු වැඩසටහනක් බැවින් සියලුම සහභාගිවන්නන් සජීවී සැසිවාරයට සම්බන්ධ වේ යයි අප සැමවිටම බලාපොරොත්තු වේ.
2. කිසියම් අනපේක්ෂිත හෝ නොවැළැක්විය හැකි හේතුවක් නිසා, කිසියම් අහම්බයකින් හෝ සහභාගිවන්නෙකු සජීවී සැසියට සම්බන්ධ වීමට අපොහොසත් වුවහොත් අපි සතියක කාලයක් සඳහා පටිගත කළ සැසිය ලබා දෙන්නෙමු.
3. සියලුම පටිගත කල සැසියන් සතියක කාලයක් සඳහා පමණක් ලබා ගත හැකි අතර මෙය කිසිම හේතුවක් මත දීර්ඝ නොකෙරේ. (උදා: ඔබට දෙවන සැසිය මග හැරී ඇත, ඔබ 3න් වන සැසියට සජීවීව සම්බන්ධ වීමට පෙර පටිගත කළ සැසිය නැරඹීමට ඔබට සතියක් තිබේ)
4. පළමු සැසිය අවසන් වීමට පෙර, පසු හෝ දෙවන සැසිය ආරම්භ වීමට පෙර මෙම පාඨමාලාව සමග දිගටම සම්බන්ධ වීමට නොහැකි තත්වයක් ඔබට උද්ගත වී අත්නම් පරිපාලන ගාස්තුව නොගෙවා මීළඟ මායා දොරටුව සැසියට එක් වීමට අවසර ඇත. ඒ සඳහා මායා දොරටුව කණ්ඩායමට Whatsapp හරහා දන්වා යැවීමෙන් සහ admin@nadeepa.com වෙත විද්‍යුත් තැපෑලක් මගින් දැන්වා සිටීය යුතුය. එවැනි අවස්ථාවකදී ඔබව මායා දොරටුව නිල Whatsapp කණ්ඩායම්වලින් තාවකාලිකව ඉවත් කරනු ලබන අතර ඔබේ zoom අවසරය අක්‍රිය කෙරේ.
5. දෙවන සැසිවාරය ආරම්භ වීමට පෙර ඔබ අවශ්‍යතාවය සහ ඔබගේ තත්වයන් පිළිබඳව අපව දැනුවත් කර නොමැති නම් සහ ඔබට සජීවීව හෝ පටිගත කරන ලද කිසිදු සැසියකට සහභාගී වීමට නොහැකි වූයේ නම්, රුපියල් 8000 පරිපාලන ගාස්තුවක් ගෙවීමෙන් පසු ඔබට මීළඟ කණ්ඩායම සම්බන්ධ වීමට අපි ඉඩ දෙන්නෙමු. . (පරීක්ෂණය සහ විමර්ශනයෙන් පසුව පමණි)
6. දෙවන සැසිය සඳහා සහභාගී වූ පසු මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවනු නොලැබේ සහ මීළඟ සසියන්ට සම්භන්ධ වීමට අවසර ද නොලැබේ. නමුත් කුමක් හෝ අනපේක්ෂිත සිදුවීමක් හේතුවෙන් ඔබට මායා දොරටුව වැඩසටහන සමග දිගටම සම්බන්ධ වී කරගෙන යාමට බාධාවක් වුවහොත් වහාම මායා දොරටුව ඇඩ්මින්වරුන් දැනුවත් කරන ලෙසට උපදෙස් දෙනු ලැබේ.

තාක්ෂණික ගැටළු

1. smart ජංගම දුරකථන, ටැබ් සහ ලැප්ටොප් භාවිතා කිරීම ඔබට අපහසු නම් සහ Zoom, Whatsapp සහ Gmail භාවිතා කිරීමේ ගැටළු තිබේ නම් ඔබ සමඟ ජීවත් වන මිතුරෙකුගෙන් හෝ පවුලේ සාමාජිකයෙකුගෙන් සහය ලබා ගැනීමට අපි ඔබට උපදෙස් දෙන්නෙමු, එවන් අවස්ථාවකදී අපගේ තාක්ෂණික කණ්ඩායමට ඔබ වෙනුවෙන් කළ හැකි දේ අල්ප බැවින් ඔබගේ උපාංග භාවිතා කරන්නේ කෙසේදැයි ඔබ දැනගෙන සිටීම වඩාත් පහසු වේ.
2. ඔබගේ අන්තයේ ඇති අන්තර්ජාල බිඳවැටීම සහ සංඥා ගැටළු හේතුවෙන් අපගේ සජීවී සැසි වෙත සම්බන්ධ වීමට ඔබට අපහසු වන අවස්ථා ඇති වනු ඇත, එම නිසා සජීවී සැසිවාරය ආරම්භ වීමට මිනිත්තු 15-30 කට පෙර සම්බන්ධ වීමෙන් ඒවා නිවැරදි කර ගන්නා ලෙස අපි කාරුණිකව ඉල්ලා සිටින්නෙමු.
3. ඔබට අවශ්‍ය විටෙක ඔබට සහය වීමට අපගේ තාක්ෂණික කණ්ඩායම සිටින නමුත් සජීවී සැසියක් ආරම්භ වූ පසු ඔබ පණිවිඩ එවීම සහ අප ඇමතීම දිගටම කරගෙන යන්නේ නම් එය අනෙකුත් සහභාගිවන්නන්ට, සත්කාරක සහ පරිපාලකයින්ට දැඩි අපහසුතාවයක් වේ.
4. නිල Whatsapp සමූහයේ බෙදාගෙන ඇති සියලුම පණිවිඩ, මාර්ගෝපදේශ සහ තොරතුරු කියවීමට කරුණාකර කාරුණික වන්න. අපට ආසන්න වශයෙන් සහභාගිවන්නන් 100 ක් සිටින බැවින්, අපි නිල Whatsapp කණ්ඩායම හරහා තොරතුරු සන්නිවේදනය කරන අතර අපට ඔබ වෙත පෞද්ගලික පණිවිඩ යැවීමට හෝ ඔබට තනි තනිව විද්‍යුත් තැපෑල යැවීමට නොහැකි වනු ඇත.
5. සෑම සහභාගිවන්නෙකුටම සැසි 8ටම සම්බන්ධ වීමට ඇත්තේ එක් ඔබටම අනන්‍ය වූ zoom link එකක් සහ සජීවී සැසි නැරඹීම සඳහා එක් link එකක් සමග මුරපදයක් පමණි. සහභාගිවන්නන්ට මෙම link කිසිදු තෙවන පාර්ශවයක් සමග හෝ මායා දොරටුව සහභාගිවන්නෙකු සමඟ බෙදා ගැනීමට අවසර නැත.
6. තවදුරටත් පැහැදිලි කිරීම සඳහා, සියලුම සැසිවලට සම්බන්ධ වීමට ඇත්තේ එක් zoom link එකක් පමණක් බව අපි නැවත නැවතත් පවසන අතර, ඔබගේ නිල ලියාපදිංචියෙන් පසු ඔබට එය විද්‍යුත් තැපෑලෙන් ලැබුණු පසු එය සුරැකීමට වග බලා ගන්න. සෑම සතියකම link ඉල්ලීමෙන් වළකින්න.

වාරික ගෙවීම්

1. වාරික ගෙවීමේ පහසුකම භාවිතයෙන් සම්බන්ධ වූ සියලුම සහභාගිවන්නන් 5 වැනි සැසිය ආරම්භ වීමට පෙර  එනම්  වැඩසටහන ආරම්භ කර මාසයක්  (සති 4ක්) ඇතුළත ශේෂය ගෙවිය යුතුය.
2. එසේ කිරීමට අපොහොසත් වීම සහ ඔබව දුරකථනය ඔස්සේ සම්බන්ධ කර ගැනීමට උත්සාහ කිරීමේදී පරිපාලකයින් සමඟ සන්නිආවේදනය කිරීමට අපොහොසත් වීම සිදු වුවහොත් Zoom ලින්ක් එක අක්‍රිය කිරීම, නිල Whatsapp සමූහයෙන් ඉවත් කිරීම සහ පටිගත කළ සැසි වෙත ප්‍රවේශය අවහිර කිරීම සිදු වේ.
3. සතියක කාලසීමාවකට පසු පටිගත කල සැසියන් ඉවත් කළ පසු අපි එම සැසි වෙත කිසිවෙකුටත් අවසර ලබා නොදෙමු. ප්‍රමාද වූ ගෙවීම් සජීවී සහ පටිගත කළ සැසි දෙකම මඟ හැරීම යාමට හේතු විය හැක.

ඉහත නියමයන් සහ කොන්දේසි කිසිවකට ඔබ එකඟ නොවන්නේ නම්, ඔබට මායා දොරටුව හැර යාමට තෝරා ගත හැකිය. ඔබේ ගාස්තු මාස 1ක කාලයක් ඇතුළත ආපසු ගෙවනු ලැබේ.

General Terms and Conditions for all Maya Doratuwa Participants.

Active Participation

1. All participants are expected to join live sessions since this is an experiential program that should be followed along with Nadeepa Ranasinghe.
2. If by any chance due to any unexpected or unavoidable reason if a participant fails to join the live session we will be providing the recorded session for a period of 1 week.
3. All recorded sessions will only be available for 1 week duration and this will not be extended for any given reason. (eg: You miss session 2, you have one week to watch the recorded session before you join session 3 live)
4. If you decide or forced into a situation where you will not be able to continue the course before or after the conclusion of the first session you are allowed to skip the batch without paying the administration fee by informing Maya doratuwa team via Whatsapp and sending an email to admin@nadeepa.com before the commencement of the second session. In such an event, you will be temporarily removed from the Official Mayadoratuwa Whatsapp groups and your zoom link will be deactivated.

5. If you have not informed us about the requirement and your circumstances before the commencement of the second session and you have not been able to participate in any of the sessions live or recorded we will allow you to batch skip after paying an administration fee of Rs 8000.( Only after inquiry and investigation)

6. Batch skipping will not be allowed and no refunds will be made after you participate in the second session. In the event of any unexpected and unforeseen event preventing you from continuing Maya Doratuwa you are advised to inform the Maya Doratuwa admins immediately.

Technical problems

1. If you are not comfortable with the general use of smartphones, tabs, and laptops and having trouble using Zoom application, Whatsapp, and Gmail we advise you to get assistance from a friend or family member living with you since our technical team can do very little if you are unaware of how to use your devices.
2. There will be instances where you will find it difficult to connect to our live sessions due to data and signal issues on your end we expect you to rectify them by joining 15-30 minutes before the commencement of the live session.
3. Our technical team is there to assist you whenever you need it. Still, it is inconvenient for other participants, the host, and the admins if you keep on messaging and calling after the commencement of a live session.
4. Please be kind enough to read all messages, guidance, and information shared on the official Whatsapp group. Since we have approximately 100 participants, we communicate via the official Whatsapp group and we will not be able to message you or email you individually.
5. There will be only one unique zoom link for each participant to join all 8 sessions and one link and password to watch the live sessions. Participants are not allowed to share these links with any third party or any Maya Doratuwa participant.
6. To further clarify we repeat that there is only one zoom link to join all sessions and we expect you to save it or bookmark it once you receive it via email after your official registration. Refrain from requesting links every week.

Installment payments

1. All participants who joined using the installment payment facility must pay the balance within 1 month (4 weeks) before the commencement of the 5th session.  
2. Failing to do so and failing to communicate with the admins when trying to contact you will result in the deactivation of the Zoom link, removal from the Official Whatsapp Group, and blocked access to recorded sessions.
3. We do not give access to recorded sessions once they are removed after a period of one week. Late payments may result in missing both live and recorded sessions.

If you do not agree to any of the above terms and conditions you can opt to leave Maya Doratuwa. Your fees will be refunded within a period of 1 month.
